Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005

At Oshawa Clinic Group, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and accessible environment for patients, families, visitors, physicians, staff, learners, and vendors. Accessibility is central to quality care and service excellence.

Over this plan period (2026–2030), we will continue to identify, remove, and prevent barriers for people with disabilities, whether those barriers are physical, digital, informational, attitudinal, or systemic.  We will do this by embedding accessibility into how we deliver patient care, communicate, recruit and support employees, and design and improve our facilities and services.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process.  This plan outlines the steps we will take to comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and to continuously improve the experience of people with disabilities who interact with OCG.
