Before You Visit

A few things you should know before you visit.

In order for us to best serve you we’ve provided some helpful ideas to assist you in preparing for your visit.

Do not arrive prior to 10 minutes before your appointment. Attend alone, unless medically necessary to have 1 person accompany you.

All visitors must complete the Covid-19 screening pass for building entry.

Symptomatic Individuals are required to wear a mask. If you cannot/will not wear a mask, reach out to your physician/service provider in advance of your visit to ask about alternative care options.

Maintain physical distance of 2 metres(six feet). Waiting rooms have limited capacity, & on occasion, patients may be asked to wait until capacity permits.

Hand sanitizer is provided for our patients & staff. Daily cleaning & sanitization 3x/day of high traffic areas & touch points.

Offices of regulated health professionals are exempt from the Durham Region mandatory mask by law.

Upon direction from Durham Region Public Health, our organization has developed Covid-19 patient guidelines to best protect the health & safety of all occupants in our buildings.
